Amber Lee Interview

Amber thanks for joining me today, what made you want to get into wrestling?

My pleasure and thanks for having me. It was my dad, he loved watching wrestling when I was a little kid and he was a fitness instructor. I got into the cross fit scene and after a few competitions I decided that scene wasn't what I wanted full time so I decided to go the wrestling route.


What’s your experience of Wrestleverse been so far? Are you adjusting to its unusual style?

It's been interesting to say the least! I've never had a wrestling match that involved food before. I'd like to think I'm fitting right in.



You’ve clearly impressed some people backstage as you’ve become the first ever number one contender to the wrestleverse championship. What does this opportunity mean to you?

It means the world to me. To be given a chance like this is amazing and I can hardly wait to show off what I can do in that ring.



Aiden Reynolds is quite the wrestler in his own right, but he also has Wolfslair potentially backing him up, are you concerned about outside interference?

Am I concerned about outside interference? No, I have my own interference if need be.



When the day comes to hang up your boots, what do you want your legacy to be in Wrestleverse?


When I hang up my boots I would like to be remembered for being there when it mattered most and that I was always willing to take the high road no matter what.



What can the fans expect from you at New Ground?

The fans can expect one hell of a match, Aiden better be ready because I'm coming for that title belt!

Remember kids, when you face off in the ring against Amelia Winston, if her previous track record is anything to go by then theres 100% chance she'll attempt throw something small and gritty into your eyes. Always remember your safety goggles, or just do as I do and get better than her at blowing. My blowing skills are legendary.

Danny Powers Interview










Hi Danny, thanks for speaking to us. What we really want to know is, just who is Danny Powers?

Everything you see on TV is exactly who Danny Powers is. Above everything else, I'm excited and energetic when it comes to THIS. If you're asking how I became so stupid rich, the answer is simple: Always get in on the ground floor of things that look like they MIGHT take off. Take it from me, someone whose father gave me a small loan of a trillion dollars and managed to make an empire off it. Oh, and the love of wrestling! I see pro wrestling as the ultimate sport for people being able to truly come from nothing and build careers into empires.


What made you want to create a wrestling federation?


I have more resources than anybody else running shows. They aren't thinking about running matches on the moon or hosting third shows in Soldier f'n Field, because they CAN'T. We have all the craziest shit and all the craziest people in WV, because why operate within any limitations whatsoever?


What makes Wrestleverse stand out from the other federations?


There's almost zero I'll say no to. As a result, there's almost zero that our talent will say no to. We're here pushing the limits and redefining what pro wrestling looks like together and I think that's what makes Wrestleverse so special.


Are you pleased with how things are going? What’s been the highlight so far?


Very pleased, but not content. We can always step it up every time we put on a show. It was great being able to crown our first world champ in Florida and I think Eternal #2 showed people what a full length show can look like and that main event was INSANE.


We’ve seen some incredibly creative matches so far, what can we expect for future shows?


For better or worse, I'm looking to get both better and worse.


What are your current priorities for Wrestleverse? Can you think of any areas of improvement?


I think we have room to sign some more talent. While I don't see as a somewhere that needs a huge roster, I look forward to keeping the potential lineups fresh every show.


Will we ever see you stepping foot in the ring?


I've never stepped foot in a wrestling ring in that way and have zero training, so not sure how I'd fair, but if the opportunity presents itself and that's what the people want...never say never.


Any last words for the fans out there?


Stick around, keep being vocal. We plan to do plenty more shit nobody's ever dreamed of.
